Stress has a lot of negative health and anti-social effects such as high blood pressure, constant fainting, frequent anger, public withdrawal, depression and a lot of others. According to a research conducted in May 2017, by Static Brain Research Institute (SBRI) in US alone, 50% of those with stress had a feeling of anger, 44% had headache, 43% had stomach upset and 13% were feeling dizzy, 48% were lying awake at night. Also in 2012, a study suggested that the stressors experienced by parents could cause obesity in their children.
